Aftersales Service
Sometimes, not everything goes according to plan, but should this happen, you and your customers can depend on SEALEY to be there to help.
We are proud to offer an unparalleled aftersales service. Thanks to our state-of-the-art Service Centre and dedicated servicing team, we aim to process repairs within 48 hours of receiving a product. Servicing and repairs can be carried out at our Service Centre in Bury St. Edmunds, or alternatively arranged via one of our Authorised Repair Centres. We are committed to providing long-term aftersales support. Our dedicated site is home to a team of experienced technical advisors, and an in-house workshop with 20 service engineers, so you can rely on us for product support well into the future and look forward to many years of use from your SEALEY products – even if a model is discontinued. Our products are backed up with the most comprehensive inventory of spares available in the UK. As many of our products are used in a trade environment, we appreciate how important it is to get your tool back up and running as soon as possible.
